With 13 years of experience in county government and 15 years of legal practice in government, business law, and civil litigation, Brinkley has a proven track record of leadership. During his time as the top administrative official in Cooke County, Texas, he successfully implemented initiatives that delivered fiscal savings and enhanced public services, highlighting his ability to support sustainable development and operational efficiency.
